TDNext (Technician access) has been restored. TeamDynamix experienced performance issues today following the release of the new User Interface and have rolled back the new version published this weekend. This impacted the ability to work New and In Process tickets. Please contact the CTS Service Desk if TDNext access issues persist.

TeamDynamix Engineering and Infrastructure teams are nearing a fix for the Work Management degradation. We'll continue to keep you informed with updates.
