The Campus Connection PROD/STAGE resolution efforts continue, outage length is still unknown. Any additional updates will be provided as they become available.

The continued Campus Connection PROD/STAGE outage length is unknown. We have identified additional hardware issues and are working with Oracle to resolve them. This is a Severity 1 support effort with the vendor, additional updates will be sent at 3pm.

We continue to investigate issues and have engaged with the Oracle vendor and a Severity 1 ticket.

NDUS technicians are working to resolve reported issues. Updates will be provided as they become available.

Campus Connection REPORT

NDUS staff will be unable to perform a refresh of data until the unexpected hardware issues are resolved. There will NOT be a refresh of data overnight (8/14/20). The data is current as of 8/9/20 at 10:00 p.m.

The scheduled refresh of the Campus Solutions Query/Report environment did not complete successfully.

We believe there may be an issue and are looking into it.

We have fixed the core issue and are waiting for systems to recover.

Hardware disks replaced successfully. Additional hardware maintenance will be performed tomorrow. This issue is therefore extended until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 13th.

We have confirmed there is a problem, and we are working to resolve it. Hardware disks replaced. Additional hardware maintenance continues. Expected resolution is 1 p.m. Thursday, August 13th

Maintenance will be performed 10:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. No additional downtime is anticipated.
