Intermittent password issue

Blackboard has identified a bug and will apply a fix on 9/24/2020.

There is an intermittent issue with Respondus and Blackboard recognizing the auto generated password. This give students a password error when attempting to access RLB tests. It happens to some test but not others and we are aren't sure why. We are in contact with both vendors. So far, the only alternate solution has been to re-create the test. CTS will update.

Standard Maintenance Hours

4:00am to 7:00am CT daily

Standard maintenance hours are utilized by CTS to perform routine maintenance to systems such as hardware, operating systems, and software updates; servers, applications, and network resources administrated by CTS staff may also be unavailable. Notices will not be sent for maintenance performed during these times.

A single Collaborate Ultra Saturn server was taken out of service to address this issue. For any sessions that are still experiencing issues, please have everyone exit the session and re-enter. The issue has been escalated to the Blackboard Collaborate Ultra development team for further analysis and troubleshooting.
