Collaborate customers using the telephone option may get a message stating the call cannot be completed as dialed or a busy signal. Blackboard operations team is actively investigating the issue. Please use a browser on your computer or mobile phone to use VoIP for audio in the Collaborate session.

Blackboard is taking measures to improve telephony connections and has implemented a 25 dial-in limit per session. Some users may still not be able to connect if the total allocation is met or if Blackboard has met the total number of ports it has access to for our region. Blackboard is switching vendors to increase the ports across the entire region sometime in April.
