The vendor has reported the issues impacting Parchment have been resolved.

Investigating

The vendor has reported issues with the functionality of Parchment and is working to resolve these issues. Updates will be provided as they become available. From the vendor: "We are currently experiencing a 2 day delay in the mailing of paper transcript orders due to a machine malfunction. While we continue to print orders on time, the delay in inserting these for mailing, will result in (1) orders remaining in a Processing status for longer than usual; (2) 1-2 days of additional time between order completion and delivery to the intended recipient. No action is needed from our Members or students at this time. All orders will be mailed as quickly as possible, and we intend to use the weekend to catch up. We appreciate your patience."
