We have fixed the core issue and are waiting for systems to recover.

User Impact: Users are unable to log in and will receive a spinning animation or an error message "The application server is down at this time."

Current Status: Technicians continue to work with Oracle and the Severity 1 ticket. They are continuing to work to restore services as soon as possible.
