Identified

The scheduled refresh of the Campus Solutions Query/Report environment will not complete successfully, as such tomorrow mornings refresh (8/17) will not happen due to the continued unexpected hardware issue still undergoing resolution.
The data is current as of 8/9/20 at 10:00 p.m.

Please know that we are working diligently to resolve this with the vendor.

Recovering

We have fixed the core issue and are waiting for systems to recover. We continue to work with vendor technicians. Unfortunately, a report refresh will not be available Monday morning.

NDUS staff will be unable to perform a refresh of data until the unexpected hardware issues are resolved. There will NOT be a refresh of data overnight (8/14/20). The data is current as of 8/9/20 at 10:00 p.m.
