Blank Login Window when Attempting to Conntect to VPN

This is a known vendor error and until a fix is provided, the workaround to this issue is to open task manager and end the “Global-protect client” app, or to restart your computer.

Investigating

User Impact: Users may encounter a blank login page when attempting to connect to VPN via GlobalProtect.

Current Status: Technicians are working with the vendor to fix the error in an upcoming update. In the meantime, please see the following knowledge article as workarounds are identified.
