User Impact: Multiple campuses are reporting issues with resolving Blackboard both on and off-campus. Functionality may vary from campus to campus, and ISP to ISP.
Current Status: We have confirmed the issue from the vendor's perspective is resolved. Functionality continues to return, but will vary depending on Time to Live (TTL) set by an ISPs' DNS servers.

User Impact: Multiple campuses are reporting issues with resolving Blackboard both on and off-campus. Functionality may vary from campus to campus, and ISP to ISP.
Current Status: The vendor has confirmed they have resolved the error from their end, but issues may linger due to DNS server propagation. Functionality will return based on a per-ISP basis determined by their Time to Live (TTL) set for their DNS servers.
We will continue monitoring as functionality returns.
