Historic Incident - MoveIT Automation Outage - Resolved
At approximately 6:05am a MoveIT Automation outage occurred. The service was restored at approximately 8:30am.
Details: An underlying service crashed and did not recover as designed. Technicians were able to recover the service manually and steps have been taken to increase reliability.
