The vendor has reported the issues impacting Parchment have been resolved.

Recovering

Update from Vendor: There is currently a delay in statuses updating for Parchment Print orders. Normally statuses update within 2-4 hours. Currently we're seeing statuses update 12-24 hours. If you have sent us the file for a printed order there is no action needed from you. The file is currently in the queue to be printed, and the order will update once it is ready to go out.
