Starfish/EAB engineers have completed the updates of the NDUS data.

Recovering

Starfish/EAB engineers learned that an update to their Web Application Firewall inadvertently caused imports to be blocked. To resolve the issue, their engineering team put rules in place to allow the requests to complete and to prevent this from occurring in the future. The imports are now functioning as expected and they are working to update the NDUS data.

Investigating

Starfish/EAB technicians are working to resolve reported issues of data imports not processing. The last successful import was completed on 07/19/2022. Any changes made in Campus Connection since 07/19/2022 have not been loaded into Starfish. Updates will be provided as they become available.
