ServiceNow is now available.

ServiceNow is up and the data has been brought over. We are still having an issue with authentication and hope to have this corrected soon.

Recovering

ServiceNow and the Ellucian team have completed the performance tuning of the overall SNOW environment. The script that generates cases for open Incidents and Requests is now in the final stages of completion. The Ellucian team has begun working on the final migration activities and validation steps before making the system live to users. We anticipate having an estimated time of availability at our next update.

ServiceNow engineers have successfully renamed the instance, and the modernization project team is continuing with the cutover activities.
