SPOL Authentication Maintenance

User Impact: Users are unable to log into multiple systems including SPOL.

Current Status: Technicians are aware of the issue and working to restore services as soon as possible

A new NDUS Access Manager (NAM) certificate has been applied to SPOL this morning (Tuesday July 9th). Currently authentication into SPOL using a new login session will fail.

The vendor has been contacted with the new changes and updates will be provided once the service is restored.
