Microsoft has determined that high resource utilization within the Teams infrastructure in our North America data centers resulted in an impact on the service. We've connected the service to additional, healthy infrastructure to expedite the recovery and are monitoring the service while recovers.
User Impact: Some users may be unable to access the Teams service or some of its features.
