Recovering

User Impact: Users may experience issues when attempting to authenticate via text or phone call. There is also an issue affecting users attempting to log into the Admin Panel.

Current Status: DUO is seeing successful recovery of Admin Panel login for all deployments. Text and Phone call delivery is recovering, but still seeing some impacted deployments. DUO is actively working on restoring the rest of the affected deployments as soon as possible.
