User Impact: Users may be unable to link documents in Perceptive Content via the HE Perceptive Content screen in HCM.

Current Status: Technicians have fixed the issue. Please clear browser cache and cookies and resume your normal linking process. If the issue persists, please contact the Service Desk.

User Impact: Users may be unable to link documents in Perceptive Content via the HE Perceptive Content screen in HCM.

Current Status: Technicians are aware of the issue and working to restore services as soon as possible.

Workaround: At the HCM login screen, users can select the Non-Dotted Login button and login with their normal username and password. This will allow the linking screen to function normally.
