AWS continues to apply mitigation steps to resolve the service disruption. We are seeing signs of recovery, but full restoration is still in progress.
We have also discovered that some calls to the NDUS Help Desk are not routing as expected. Rest assured that those calls that get dropped because of this issue, are being called back based on incoming call logs.
We apologize for any inconvenience and/or confusion.
User Impact: Qualtrics and Class Collaborate are experiencing intermittent issues because of the current AWS incident.
Current Status: AWS is working on resolving the issues.
