Maintenance: Ryan Hall and Odegard Hall full network outage to upgrade building entry switches.
The maintenance is now complete. Thank you for your patience. If you are experiencing problems, please try clearing your cache and cookies.
During the maintenance process a switch stack member was removed from the stack in Ryan Hall. Due to the similar nature of these updates the switch upgrade in Odegard Hall has been temporarily postponed to avoid duplicating this issue. A technician will be on site to return the Ryan Hall stack member to the stack as soon as possible, but current weather conditions are delaying this process.
The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
Buildings will be updated remotely to address a memory leak on the current version. A technician will be on site to troubleshoot should any issues arise.
