We have resolved the incident. Thank you for your patience. For application incidents, please try clearing your cache and cookies if you are still experiencing problems.

CTS staff and vendor support have identified an issue and hope that systems will remain stable. We will continue monitoring closely.

With data center issues continuing we will update this ticket at noon and 4pm daily or as we have information to provide. Application will not be individually put down as it is impacting all systems in the data center.

Technicians continue to work to resolve the issues and have brought in engineers from other companies as needed.

We apologize for the problems that this is causing and understand the impact to campuses.

The issue appears to be re-occuring at this time. We are working with a vendor on troubleshooting the issue. Systems may be slow or intermittently unavailable.
