The issue impacted TeamDynamix from 7:55am ET to 9:55am ET on 6/11/2020. Microsoft Azure has confirmed that the issue has been resolved, see below for details.

Preliminary root cause: We determined that, following a routine maintenance, a storage scale unit became unavailable for a brief period of time. This caused some resources to become unavailable and / or experience unexpected restarts.

Next steps: We will continue to investigate to establish the full root cause and prevent future occurrences.

Recovering

TeamDynamix has updated that service has been restored, but we have not received communication from Microsoft Azure that the underlying issue has been resolved. Upon receiving confirmation of issue resolution from Microsoft Azure, we will send out another communication and mark all components as Operational.

TeamDynamix technicians are working to resolve reported issues. Updates will be provided as they become available from the vendor
