Unable to Log into Blackboard Mobile App

User Impact: Users may be unable to log into the Blackboard Mobile app. Users already logged in will be able to use the app as normal. However, if the 180-minute inactivity timeout is reached, they will be logged out and unable to log back in.

Current Status: We have confirmed with the vendor that services have been restored. Please report any lingering issues to the service desk.

Investigating
