User Impact: We are seeing delays with TeamDynamix email notifications. In some cases, users are receiving SLA warning notifications after a ticket has been resolved.

Current Status: We have monitored for further examples and found notifications appear to be back to normal. Please report any issues to the CTS Service Desk.
