Paloalto issue causing unintended website blocks
User Impact: Users may experience issues accessing certain sites being blocked unexpectedly.
Current Status: Technicians have confirmed services have been restored. Please report any lingering issues to the Service Desk.

Current Status: We are experiencing issues where the State Palos are blocking spyware beyond the normal critical and high categories, At this point CTS has received one ticket about a potentially legit site that is being affected. We have a open case with Palo and will be pursuing a solution.
