Historic Incident: Team Dynamix not processing email ticket responses

NDUS is aware that an unscheduled incident has occurred. From August 8th-16th email responses to tickets were not being passed to Team Dynamix tickets. The authorization has been updated and all backlogged emails are being processed. This will result in unexpected/delayed notices showing up in tickets.

We apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this may have caused.
