Microsoft technicians have identified an issue with a recent Outlook On the Web build. It is causing some requests to shared mailboxes to fail. Microsoft is developing a fix that will allow the requests to process as expected and remediate impact.

Current workaround is to access the shared mailbox using the desktop client.
