We have resolved the incident and you should be able to access Perceptive Content as you are used to. Thank you for your patience. For application incidents, please try clearing your cache and cookies if you are still experiencing problems.

Investigating

We are investigating the cause but as a temporary workaround please follow these steps to open Perceptive Content.

Open File Explorer then navigate -

  • Windows (C)
  • Program Files (x86)
  • ImageNow
  • bin
  • right click imagenow.exe
  • select Open from the menu
