Initial tests seem to show that forgetting the SSID and re-establishing a connection solves the issue with connecting.
Investigation continues. Some users reported that laptops can connect. However, cell phones are still giving error. Connection issues are still isolated to out-of-state users visiting NDUS campuses.
NDUS technicians are working to resolve issues with the Eduroam WiFi network. On campus and remote NDUS students are fully operational. However students visiting from out of state are currently unable to authenticate to Eduroam.
