Current Status: This is a known issue, and we are continuing to work with the vendor to resolve this.
We are aware of intermittent error messages in Campus Connection Production with fields that use rich text editor. This known issue produces an error message that starts with the following verbiage: “Function ‘onReadyState’ Error: resetCkeditorFiveUpdatedFlag is not defined.” This was introduced during our last maintenance update. Oracle is aware of the issue and is currently working on a resolution. The error is happening in all browsers, but is more prominent in Chrome. The workaround is to try a different browser, it is happening less frequently in Firefox, or close out of the web browser and try again. If you continue to encounter the error message, please submit a Campus Connection incident ticket.
