User Impact: Users on BSC campus may not be able to access Blackboard through both https://online.bismarckstate.edu and https://blackboard.ndus.edu. However, it may be available for off-campus users, users who have access to a vpn and also if using a cellular network.

Current Status: Network Services has implemented a secondary DNS to all of the scopes at BSC which has been confirmed to restore services on-campus back to normal operation. Please restart any affected hosts to renew DHCP and obtain secondary DNS. If you continue to see issues, please contact the Service Desk at 1-833-955-5522 or http://cts.ndus.edu/help

Current Status: Network Services has implemented a secondary DNS to all of the scopes at BSC which should restore functionality for users. Please restart affected hosts to renew DHCP to obtain the secondary DNS. We are working with the vendor to determine root cause on the primary DNS.
