Civitas has put a fix into their SSO setup that seems to have resolved login issues. We are monitoring throughout the next 24 hours to see if log in issues continue to occur.
Update from Vendor: We have several Engineers working on this issue that have eliminated many potential causes. In doing so, they've found a setting that has allowed more students to login to Degree Map. We are now looking at a misalignment between SSO and Excalibur permissions. We will provide another update in a few hours once we have more details about this potential cause of the issue.
Civitas is continuing to resolve this issue. An update will be available between 12 PM and 1 PM.
