Investigating

Starfish is reporting that some instances are experiencing errors and access issues in Production. This is due to high amounts of data being ingested, which is impacting performance. Their engineers are working to alleviate the performance issues and and are taking steps to scale up their database, both in the short term for a resolution today, and long-term sustainability.
