We have resolved the issues. All systems should be functional. We will continue to monitor all systems.
We are currently working with a back-end engineer from the vendor. They were able to identity some resource and index issues that are being addressed currently. We will provide another update when this work is completed.
While some services, like Bb, are recovering other applications, like O365 OWA, are still having authentication issues. We continue to work with vendor support on a resolution.

We are still experiencing intermittent login issues. We are still working on tracking down the issue. It may be isolated to a server and are working on trying to remove the server from authentication.
We are still trying to isolate the problem. Users can still expect intermittent while we are trying to resolve the issue.
We are experiencing intermittent issues when users try to log into applications that require Single Signon. This includes applicatins such as Peoplesoft Financials and HRM, Odin, Blackboard and others. We think we have tracked it down to a server needing a reboot.
