We have resolved the incident. Thank you for your patience. The Fargo metro fiber has been repaired.
2021-08-18 10:27:24 CDT - Colleen R. Pfau (Additional comments) City of Fargo fiber between Red River Dispatch and Cass CCH flapping and City of Fargo unable to stabilize it.
NDIT Business Consultant has ordered fiber to replace City of Fargo fiber. Not an immediate fix as it will take time to get in place.
DCN to NDSU Data Center link is also down currently. DCN and Consolidated have fixed their fiber.
Facilities is on the way to troubleshoot site fiber/transceivers at DCN/NDSU Computer Center, then later at Cass CCH/RR Dispatch.
