Delay in processing Ally content
Ally is now processing files within the proper amount of time.
At 3:48PM Central, Blackboard identified a delay in processing of new content for Ally. In some cases, it took up to 120 minutes for new content items to be processed. The issue was fixed within approximately 15 minutes and your users may or may not have experienced the delay.
