Oracle is implementing a fix into our production systems. We anticipate that this will take at least an hour. Systems may require a restart which would extend the outage. Another update will be sent at 12:00 pm.

Identified

We continue to work with our database vendor Oracle to resolve our issue. A potential fix has been identified and is being tested. We expect systems to be offline for at least another hour. We will provide another update at 10:30am.
