We have resolved the incident. The issue was not system-wide , but limited to specific courses at one campus. We continue to work with Bb on the issue. With the end of the semester completed we are going to mark this resolved and continue to identify the issue in those identified courses.
UPDATE 12/26/19: The issue with importing grades from Blackboard to Campus Solutions is still an issue. However, it is only a small set of courses experiencing this. Blackboard continues to review logs and settings. There are a large number of courses that have submitted grades without issue. CTS will provide more info as it becomes available.
UPDATE 12/20/19: The issue with importing grades from Blackboard to Campus Solutions is still an issue. However, we feel it is only a select few courses that are now having issues importing. The original thought of course size being the issue is no longer justifiable with what we are seeing in the logs. CTS will provide more info as it becomes available.
UPDATE 12/19/19: We have been able to identify that larger courses (no magic number identified yet) are timing out. We do see successful events with courses up to 60 students so far. We continue to work with Bb on the issue. CTS will provide more info as it becomes available.
