We are awaiting the green light from Bb Ops that the fix has been applied and is working.
Bb Operations is applying the fix to our instance. They believe, based on other instances they have applied the fix to, this takes about an hour to complete.
We are pressing Bb for an update. Hope to have something soon to share.
We are still awaiting word if the fix has resolved the issue with the selected clients.
We are still awaiting word from Bb that the fix pushed out to a smaller number of clients has resolved the issue. This current issues is not only affecting Files, but embedded images throughout the instance.
We've received a report where Blackboard course files are not accessible. This issue was identified by Blackboard and a fix is currently being rolled out to a small number of clients. Once Blackboard confirms the issue is corrected, Blackboard will roll out the fix in mass.
