NDUS is aware that an unscheduled incident has occurred and systems are now available.

The process which loads the PERSONAL_DATA table went to error in production both Wednesday and Thursday morning because students were updating data at the same time it was processing. This has caused issues with queries producing incorrect or no results. The process did run to success on the morning of Friday, April 24th. Query/Reporting is updated nightly at 10 PM. The changes from that successful process will be in Query/Reporting after 10 PM, April 24th.
