Standard Maintenance Hours

4:00am to 7:00am CT daily

Standard maintenance hours are utilized by CTS to perform routine maintenance to systems such as hardware, operating systems, and software updates; servers, applications, and network resources administrated by CTS staff may also be unavailable. Notices will not be sent for maintenance performed during these times.

[Resolved] Microsoft365 Outlook on the Web - Shared Mailboxes

Microsoft technicians have identified an issue with a recent Outlook On the Web build. It is causing some requests to shared mailboxes to fail. Microsoft is developing a fix that will allow the requests to process as expected and remediate impact.

Current workaround is to access the shared mailbox using the desktop client.

Next update from Microsoft is expected Tuesday Apr 16, 2024, 6:00 PM CDT

News from Microsoft: We've completed the development of the fix that we expect will allow the requests to process and remediate impact. We're validating this fix for a subset of affected users before fully deploying it to the entire affected environment. Next update April 17, 2024 6:00 pm CDT
